Pivi’s advice
Pivona is a service that keeps everything a freelancer needs in one place: clients, tasks, hours, invoices, and a sole proprietor tax tracker. It used to live in Telegram, notes, and spreadsheets for me — that’s why I built it. I’m Anastasiia, a freelancer since 2019. Some of it will match your type, some won’t: you’ll see that in the demo within a couple of minutes.

pivona.io
Pivona is a Ukrainian service for freelancers that keeps clients, money, documents, and tasks in one place. Instead of spreadsheets, notes, and chats scattered across different apps — one workspace.
30 days free, no card. Then one plan: $31 a month, everything included. After the trial you can stay on Free: up to 3 clients, all your records and documents in place, with no time limit. Whether to pay or not, you will see for yourself in a month.
No. The 30 days are available without a card — payment details are only needed once you decide to continue.
For freelancers and self-employed people who manage several clients at once: designers, marketers, developers, copywriters, photographers, tutors. In other words, anywhere there are recurring agreements, invoices, and deadlines.
Yes. demo.pivona.io has an open demo dashboard with sample data already in it — you can see how everything works without creating anything yourself.
On servers in Germany. Only the account owner has access, and each dashboard is isolated from the others. If you stop paying, your data doesn’t disappear: the account switches to the Free plan, keeping everything that’s in it. You can export your records to CSV at any time, for free, on any plan. Retention periods are set out in the Public Offer (clause 9.4), and what exactly we do with personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
