One price. No packages, no asterisks.
CRM and planner for those who work solo.
$31 a month, and as many clients as you like.
First 30 days free, we don’t ask for a card.
We don’t ask for payment details. Payment is a separate step, a month from now.
This is the real workspace — the same one as in the demo. See the rest of the screens →
What you get
Clients, tasks and money in one window
Not across seven tabs, not in your head.
See who hasn’t paid yet
Invoices and payments on one screen, no separate spreadsheet needed.
Mornings without 'where to start'
Open your laptop and see what’s urgent right away. The planner sorts tasks and deadlines by day.
Proposal, invoice, act
Built from client data already in the system. Your sole proprietor details fill in on their own.
What happens next
-
Today
30 days, and every feature works. No card needed.
The countdown starts at sign-up, so don’t save the start date for your holiday.
-
A week before it ends
We’ll email you. Then again the day before, and a third on the switch day, so it’s not a surprise.
After that, we leave you be: no 'last chance' emails here.
-
Day 31
Nothing gets charged. You decide.
- You pay $31, and everything keeps working.
- Don’t pay, and your account stays. It switches to free mode: all your data stays put, three clients in progress, paid features in small portions (exact numbers below).
How payment works. It’s an invoice for the month ahead. We don’t store your card, there’s no auto-renewal. Don’t pay next month, and you’ve simply moved to free mode. There’s nothing to cancel.
What stays free
Working with what you’ve already added stays free forever, no counter: clients, tasks, invoices, the whole history. Export to CSV any time, on any plan.
Paid features stay too, just in small portions — enough to test them, not enough to run your work on them:
- 3 clients in progress at once
- 3 AI requests a month
- 1 commercial proposal a month
- 10 drafts to cold leads a month
- 3 client searches a month
Counters reset on the 1st. An active client is one you’re still working with: close a project and archive it, and the slot frees up.
Honestly, here’s why: every AI request and every search is a bill from a supplier. That’s why the portions are small. Enough to see how it works on your own data, not enough to run your business on it.
Questions
How much is actually unlocked in the trial?
The same features as on the paid plan, all 30 days. One difference: a smaller AI budget and 30 project searches instead of 300. Enough to test on your own clients. Hit the limit, and you’ll see a counter showing what’s left.
Is 'unlimited' really unlimited?
Clients really are unlimited — as many cards as you like, it’s written into the Terms of Service.
AI, proposals and drafts have no counter in everyday work: 500 AI requests, 100 proposals and 300 drafts a month. No real working day comes close to these numbers; they’re there as a safeguard against a glitch or a runaway script. There’s a daily ceiling for the same reason.
Promising 'unlimited' on features where every call is a bill from a supplier would be untrue: one mishap would cost enough to shut the service down.
Why can’t it just be free?
Every AI run and every project search is a bill from a supplier, per click. Giving that away for free is something you can do when an investor is footing the bill. Here, it’s either you or me who pays. So working with existing clients is free forever, and whatever costs money sits in the paid plan.
What if I need less than all this?
Then go with Free. Seriously. If three clients is enough, there’s nothing to pay for.
Do you refund money?
No. A paid month isn’t refunded, not even partly. That’s what the trial is for: you decide before any money changes hands. Terms are in the Refund Policy.
Is $31 forever?
This is the starting price. An already paid period is never recalculated. We give at least 14 days' notice of any change.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Non-payment doesn’t delete your account. It switches to free mode along with everything in it: clients, tasks, documents, history. You can export your records to CSV any time, free of charge.
This isn’t just a promise in words, it’s clause 9.4 of the Terms of Service. The same clause sets the limits: we can only delete an account after 24 months with no login at all, with 30 days' notice. If we ever close down, we’ll give 60 days' notice and keep exports open.
Is this for teams?
Not yet. Pivona is built for people who work solo. There’s no shared workspace for several people yet, and we won’t pretend there is.
Why one plan, no packages?
Packages split things by client count. We don’t do that: setting an arbitrary ceiling means selling you the right to add an eleventh client.
Thirty days to test it on your own clients
Add two of your own clients and run a week through them, no demo data and no invoices that aren’t yours.
Let’s be upfront: Pivona is young, with no paying users yet — for the first months, you’ll be among the first. That’s why it’s thirty days.
If it doesn’t work out, don’t pay. We won’t ask for payment on day 31, or ever.
